WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Items must have all tags attached.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. If you receive a faulty item please return to us within 30 days of receipt of the faulty goods. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to returning. Please send a message to 09164271238 or email admin@heatherharrisclothing.com together with an actual picture of the product that you received and the official receipt, and a member of our team will get back to you.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes. Approval from Heather Admins is required. 

   1. To shipback the items, Please follow the Return Process above.

   2. Delivery fee must be paid first. Click Here for the Mode of Payment.

   3. Send an email to admin@heatherharrisclothing.com with picture of the new design that you like (Please indicate the size and color for each dresses) and a picture of the proof of deposit for the Delivery Fee.
